Iowa Land Auction Prices, October 14-20, 2023

Poweshiek County’s $20,500/acre sale topped the market this week, while Black Hawk County took honorable mention at $14,200/acre. We have had some good harvest weather and crops are disappearing fast. Auction activity will ramp up in a week and will be brisk next month. Stay safe harvesting.
